This should be extremely useful for Atramedes/Cho'gall-style fights where Blizzard has a new UI element with a growing power bar. Personally I don't care for a graphical representation without numerical output, so this addon simply adds two very needed features to the default power bars:

1. Movable (right-click to make movable, drag, then right-click again to lock)
2. Numerical Output (shows right below the bar)
