Recruitment Open for a Restoration Druid, Non-Warrior Tank, Hunter, or Rogue for Dragon Soul!

With Heroic Firelands finally in the bag for us, we've got an opening for an exceptional healer, non-Warrior tank, Hunter, or Rogue to join our ranks and fight the good fight. Ideally to meet our roster needs, a healer applicant would be a Restoration Druid while a tank applicant would be a Paladin, though other non-Warrior tanks will be considered. We may also consider a very strong DPS slot in the form of a Hunter or Rogue.

For the healer position, we are interested in someone with a lot of high-end raid healing experience with the logs and raid history to back it up. Topping the healing charts is not everything, but if you are not consistently in the top positions for Heroic content, we probably won't be interested. Your gear should be decent and reflect your recent and past raiding history -- we won't require full 391, but the more the better to be sure. As a full-time healer, extreme awareness and sustainability are paramount, and we will be certain to analyze logs of any applicant to determine proper HoT uptime, target selection, and spell usage.

For the tank position, we are again seeking someone with high-end raid experience, however since determining tank performance via logs is a much harder task, raid history and experience will play a big factor here. If accepted, a tank applicant will very likely be pushed into the Main Tank role, and therefore be expected to maintain a proper level of professionalism, good attitude, and extremely strong understanding of encounter mechanics and raid awareness.

For both healers and tanks, a good applicant should have a DPS offspec with a very strong mechanical understanding and ability to play the spec within the 85th percentile of other DPS of the same spec.

For the Hunter or Rogue position, we are primarily concerned with high-end raiding experience, decent gear, and a good attitude that will mesh well with the guild. We do not have an active Rogue on the roster, and thus yes an appropriate Rogue would be up to acquire the legendary in 4.3, but I cannot stress enough that you must be focused on more than the legendary to be an appropriate candidate.
